Updated 26 September 2026. This notice covers the local visitor dashboard for the Svelta Labs public storefront.

What the visitor dashboard records

We estimate visits to public shop, product, checkout, contact and education pages. Records contain a masked network address, approximate country, page category, referring website hostname, timestamps, view count and an estimated bot flag. A site-specific keyed identifier helps estimate repeat visits.

The raw network address and browser user-agent are used temporarily to calculate that identifier, estimate bot traffic and look up country locally. The dashboard does not store the raw address or user-agent. It does not store URL query strings, form contents, names, email addresses, payment details or health records. It sets no analytics cookie and makes no external geolocation request.

Choices and exclusions

This collection honours Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Admin sessions, private pages, consultations and the health tracker are excluded. The dashboard is limited to this storefront; it does not combine your identity across Svelta services or other websites.

Retention and access

Activity is retained for the current UTC day and the previous 29 days. Older activity is removed when the next eligible visit is recorded. Dashboard access is restricted to authorised administrators. Country locations, visitor totals and bot classifications are estimates.
